This AMSOIL Business Training web site is divided into FIVE sections:
I. ENTERING the AMSOIL Business World

This section gets the Beginning Dealer started on the right foot in his/her new Business venture. This is the "Student Level" and holds a very high learning curve in order to lay, brick-by-brick, a solid foundation for "building" a truly profitable and long-lasting AMSOIL business.

Personal decisions made in this section will determine success in the next levels. This is the Basic Training for any AMSOIL Business to blossom.

II. EMERGING AMSOIL Dealer

After the new Dealer has established him or herself as a genuine Business Owner, he/she emerges into the market place to share their newly-learned knowledge and business opportunity with others. This is the Communicator or the "Teacher Level" of approaching individuals and companies to explain and to share the product and business opportunity successfully.

This includes Online exposure and marketing as well as Offline exposure in dealing with the four basic personality types, identifying generational differences and how to relate to each in order to build business relationships.

III. EXPANDING Your AMSOIL TEAMS

This level is the "Mentor Level" where the Dealer is developing Leadership Skills to work effectively with people they have sponsored as personal Business Partners.

To build a strong AMSOIL Business, you must be able to Build People.

You don't just sell product to increase your monthly volume, but you also develop your Business Partners and train, support and build them up so they become successful business owners.

This section is about attracting the right kind of people for your personal Business Partners with the right mindset to be successful. A mentor must be patient and have definite of purpose to help THEM become successful in building their personal teams of Dealers.

A Sponsor has many responsibilities. Necessary Leadership skills can be acquired to expand your business for long term and see increased income for each team you endeavor to assist in growth.

IV. ESCALATING YOUR INCOME

This particular stage of personal development is the "Managerial Level" when a Business Owner has successfully built their "buying units" into a large organization. He/she must develop the necessary skills and systems to manage the entire scope of PCs, CRs, accounts and the emerging Dealer groups they have trained faithfully.

Developing successful Direct Jobber groups which break away to continue their independent growth should be the highest aim and achievement for any AMSOIL Business Owner.

It is at this level that Managerial Leaders will reap the rewards of patiently building several People Teams in their organization. Here Managerial Leaders will harvest the long-awaited Residual Income.

Envision an escalator crawling its way through several stories of a tall department store building with people constantly getting on and getting off at various levels. The escalator is always moving. People are getting on. People are getting off.

Picture your Business as an AMSOIL Escalator. As you develop and train successful Direct Jobber groups, they will triumphantly exit. You not only reap higher income from those groups, but you must continually have new potential business partners stepping onto your escalator. This constant movement keeps escalating your income. The sky is the limit!

V. ELEVATING Ongoing TAAN TEAM Building

This section is our Ongoing TEAM Business Training for up-to-date information on building our AMSOIL business month by month online and off line.

This section embodies our free monthly national TAAN Conference Calls library that embarked in April 2007. TAAN Business Partners who could not participate during the calls have the opportunity to listen later at their convenience.

Listening and learning at your convenience helps grow your AMSOIL business continually. Building a support system encourages growth as well.

This gives you a small glimpse of the expanded AMSOIL business training created, compiled and offered by John J. and Shirley S. Alquist.
